MY O2/ 02 /O2 PRIORITY ISSUES

I took out a sim only plan recently & my number was ported this morning,i attempt to log in to my o2 on the app & when i select settings/view payment & billing details it just takes me to a different page  with the message oops something has gone wrong,we're working to fix it

the o2 priority says my number is invalid for o2 priority

i rang 202 earlier & spoke to an adsvisor who was supposed to have fixed this & sent me a text to give me further info,but she obviously didn't understand me, as neither has happened

It will take a few days for the system to update with your number and details.

Hi @batemansxxxb 

It may update overnight. It isn't immediate after porting....If it's still the same tomorrow, you will just have to persevere with customer services, unless one of our managers can help @EmilieT ?

Yeah mine is the same and I can't get on and the app says my number isn't eligible?I thought customers were eligible?

As above, if you have just ported in, you’ll need to wait a couple of days for the system to catch up.

@batemansxxxb @Midgetgem74 Can you please let us know if you're still experiencing this at all? It migth have gotten resolved overnight, but in case you'd like us to get someone to look into it on our end as well, please give us a shout here slight_smile
