For 2 months now I am being charged £3.75 for what I expect is a scam. The suspected message does not have any details (ie number or name), it's simply says FREEMSG then some instruction on an exercise ie squats. The message does not allow me to reply so how on earth do o find out who it is and how do I stop. I have never received a message about me opting into anything. Grateful for advice.

@Candycommunity help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...
Also ask O2 customer service to apply a bar on all direct to bill debits to stop further charges.

Further advice here too https://payforitsucks.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you long press on the message and choose 'details' you will see the short code from which the message came. Then follow the links posted above and get a 'charge to mobile' bar applied.
