I have mislaid my phone and it is on a contract. I wondered if it was possible to trace it or cancel my contract.

Hi @Anonymous Firstly could you remove your phone number as this is a customer forum.
Contact CS immediately and report it lost. Follow this help thread http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device#qs

Be aware that as soon as you report the loss to O2 they will block your phone for your own security.
The number shown in the top link is 24hr line. Just hang on till you are given the lost phone option

Unless you have insurance you will also need to continue to pay off the device plan part of the contract. Have you contacted the police as well as customer service?
Check home insurance and bank accounts to see if they cover you for personal items.

That number is not 24/7!! Live chat offline too, how the hell can I report my phone lost and geg a replacement sim card at night?!!
