Hi. I have lost my phone abroad. I have tried to report this to the O2 team however keep being asked to call a number. I don’t have my phone so cannot. I keep being asked to use the app. I don’t have my phone so can’t. Can someone PLEASE help my work out how to report my lost phone whilst abroad outside the EU.
