Call this number +44 3448090202 immediately to get it reported and if a contract phone get a block put on the account.
You are liable for any charges until you report it.
Use any phone you can to call.

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Forum.

Sorry to hear of this.

It is essential you contact them (02) straightaway to bar your sim ,and to place an imei block on the phone.

Here is the link that holds all points of contact to O2.

It holds the numbers you can ring whilst out of the country too.

You can use Online Live Chat too.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Lost/stolen handset online form :

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=lost_stolen&case=Lost/Stolen%20Form

O2 help link about lost/stolen phones :

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device#qs

O2 will send a replacement SIM card to your Uk Address.

Once it arrives you will need to again ring them to remove the bar placed on your account before it will work.

Keep an eye now on your O2 bill or credit if your payg incase someone has used it without your permission.

Note down the date /time and name of the agent you speak with.

I hope you recover the phone.

Good luck.

You say you are in China but not sure if on holiday or you are living there?...

If you live in China there will be no UK address to send a sim to?

Either way the important thing is to ring O2 and your insurance if you have any, to report the loss of this phone.

Lost sims as well as phones are big money to unscrupulous people who will sell them on...or use them to rack up big bills on your account...

A worrying time. Choose the lost/stolen option from the IVR, it should be a 24 hour helpline.
