I got a new iphone11 a few weeks ago, I have lost it, could u please block the phone. It was still in the box, sealed, hadnt even taken it out of box so had no sim card in. Please advise

If you bought it direct from O2 you need to call them to have it blocked. This isn't something we can do on the community. They will have the IMEI number or it will be on the receipt.
