Hi,
Title says it all. I lost my phone about a week ago and notice I have a 'free' upgrade whereby I can get a new device with a renewed contract and the old contract is paid off...
So I went through the process. Asking for a new sim and all but I have to verify with my phone number which I obviously can no longer do.
I would call the help desk but I am abroad for a while and don't have a phone that can call the O2 number. (I have bought a cheap temporary phone here).
Once the phone arrives to my home at home I can get it sent to where I am currently.
Is there any way I can get help with this?

You would have to call customer service to see if the upgrade team can help @Kpordan
Also you need to report the phone and sim lost to limit your liability
