I lost yesterday my phone, so basically the SIM card as well. Could you block that card and send me replacement for it ASAP.

You need to ring 202 (pay monthly)and ask them to block your phone as lost or stolen. Or 4445 for payg.

@Anonymous This is not customer service. You must follow this link and call to report the loss. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus You should also report the loss to the police. Until you report the phone lost, you are responsible for any charges up to £100, I believe. Please call asap.
