Loss of voice services

I was in the middle of a conversation and suddenly lost voice services on an IPhone 11
I have turned off local wifi and have 4G available
I tried dialling out but couldn’t connect to another phone.
I also tried dialling into my mobile phone and couldn’t connect.
I have SMS available
What’s the problem?

things to try.

drop to 3g - in case theirs a mast issue
take sim out give it a wipe - static charge
try sim in another phone if possible.

try these and let me know.

I’m having the same issue, I’d guess it’s a network issue as appose to a phone issue

o2 have posted on status.o2.co.uk that there is an issue under investigation.

I would recommend keeping an eye on the status page.

Other phones at same location on same O2 tariff work, just my phone cant make or receive voice calls

My SMS works incoming and outgoing.
