Loss of voice services

I was in the middle of a conversation and suddenly lost voice services on an IPhone 11
I have turned off local wifi and have 4G available
I tried dialling out but couldn’t connect to another phone.
I also tried dialling into my mobile phone and couldn’t connect.
I have SMS available
What’s the problem?
