Have just changed over to O2, fro giffgaff , and my service has been switched off, presumably by you, before I have received a replacement SIM card.
What is going on here?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Is there a contact emial, as I am still without any network service and have still not yet received the new SIM card?

Only for complaints, and I would not recommend using that route as normal customer services will tell you for your complaint to complete - and that is taking upwards of 8 weeks currently @FarmerJo
Use the social media links already given - you might need to keep prompting for updates.
Re-reading your initial post though it would appear as though your GiffGaff sim has been switched off - did you cancel the service or were you intending to use a PAC to bring your number over?
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

giffgaff have charged for this month (all of June) so presumably they did not do the the switch. I had obtained a PAC code from giggaff which I submitted to O2 when the application for the new service was made. I have so far been without phone services for almost two days so I am unable to login to my O2 account (phone needed for verification etc).

As per my first reply, contact O2 to find out what's happening.

I am not subscribed to any social media sites and am unable to make the 0800 0810255 call because my phone services have been switched off. I am in a catch 22 here if there is no email support.
