No phone signal for the day and still awaiting a mast down in September 2018 still NO repair

@Weeshells Check the status page for updates. There was a nationwide outage today

O2 what a joke no service all day I have 5 devices all on o2 for my business and unable to work or receive anything all day no excepable you can’t even get through to them on phone

Not happy no network on 3 devices unable to ring out or except incoming calls and unable to use data on all 3 devises. i have lost so much custom due to this. please can you advise what O2 are doing to resolve this issue and are you  compensating customers
