Not happy no network on 3 devices unable to ring out or except incoming calls and unable to use data on all 3 devises. i have lost so much custom due to this. please can you advise what O2 are doing to resolve this issue and are you compensating customers

All should be working now on 3G. Try rebooting the phones.
