Anyone else having problems with Live Chat? Just says:

 

'Give us a moment

We're just checking to see if there's an available agent.'

 

All I want to do is speak to someone about upgrading.

You are better off calling 202 and select the "thinking of leaving" option - they can give you the best deals.

Try a different browser but I recommend that you upgrade instore as you have a better chance of getting your chosen handset
