I’ve paid my bill a week ago and yous have turned my phone off just wondering why? On my online banking it says pending on the payment but yours have took the Money out. And I’m getting charged late payments. Can someone please

If the payment is pending it won't have reached O2, hence why you have been cut off.

Sorry but we can't see your account as this is not customer service. If the payent is showing as pending it would seem O2 are having trouble clearing the payment.
Best option is to call them aroun 8.30am for more info.
