Leaving O2

Can anyone anywhere help. I have asked for a PAC code which I received as I am moving from o2 to Vodafone. The process should have happened on the 4th Nov, however it didn’t as O2 have not sent over all the files. What files, god knows. The issue I am having is that I ordered an upgrade with O2 on the 16th sept and it is still in processing. As they couldn’t give me any idea when the phone would be in stock I decided to leave. Now comes my issue. Nobody in the whole of O2 can cancel this order even though it’s been processing for 7 weeks. They have raised 4 “tickets” to the back office but nothing has changed. I wonder if anyone actually works there. I have contacted them via X and they inform me they are “on it” however I have lost all confidence in O2 and even though Vodafone have emailed them multiple times (according to them) to provide these so called files they have not received a reply. Anybody got any ideas as I’m really hacked off paying for 2 contracts due to O2 dragging their feet. I cannot believe that it is so difficult to cancel an order which is still processing for 7 bloody weeks.

@Daza123

Unfortunately as all customers here like yourself, we can on advise  that you keep the pressure on O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have phoned them repeatedly. Been passed around every dept and no joy. I don’t know what else I can do. If I had just changed my number then this pantomime would have been prevented. Their customer service is truly awful
