I have 4 charges of £4.50 from Lasevia Limited. I have'nt knowingly purchased anything - how has this happend and how can I make it stop!

This is an appalling unacceptable scam. Get your money back, and you can may take some perseverance but it's your money.

@NJK I'm surprised to hear that Lasevia are alive and well and still scamming O2 customers.
Are you able to be sure on what date the charges started? Make sure you check your bills to ake sure you know eactly how much they have taken.
Since May 2019 O2 have required two factor authorisation for these "subscriptions". Since November 2019 the regulator has had a similar requirement. It would be useful to investigate the circumstances in which your charges started. Can you tell us which Lasevia service you were allegedly subscribed to?
