Hi @NJK

This is an appalling unacceptable scam. Get your money back, and you can  may take some perseverance but it's your money.

Forgot to say if and when you can get through to customer services get them to put a bar on  for any charges /direct Bill's to your account as well as a bar on premium calls to your account.

Best wishes TallTrees

@NJK I'm surprised to hear that Lasevia are alive and well and still scamming O2 customers.

Are you able to be sure on what date the charges started? Make sure you check your bills to ake sure you know eactly how much they have taken.

Since May 2019 O2 have required two factor authorisation for these "subscriptions". Since November 2019 the regulator has had a similar requirement. It would be useful to investigate the circumstances in which your charges started. Can you tell us which Lasevia service you were allegedly subscribed to?

Look on the Payforitsucks website for help and advice and contact us if you need further assistance.
