I am abroad, I have lost my phone, I need a new sim sent to me, help phone number not working.

O2 won't send a sim abroad. It will be sent to your registered address in UK.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You need to report it lost. Anyone who finds it can use it and you will be responsible for any charges prior to reporting
