Hi, I'm new to o2. I've swapped my SIM but my number hasn't transferred yet. Anyone know how long it takes once you fill in the transfer over form?
I'm also eligible for a discount (family members also with o2) but I can't see how to apply for it. Any clues? Customer service seems non-existent! Thank you.
