I would like to keep my old o2 number on my new signed contract

So the first contract ends Wednesday. I took out a brand new contract few weeks ago been using my old number in my new phone. The old number contract ends Wednesday so won't be available, that's why I wanted to keep it

The main point is did you upgrade through O2?

If you did then as @Cleoriff says, just continue sing your old sim

If you took out an additional contract then your number needs migrating across

Any way, O2Lisa will sort you out without a doubt

The customer hasn't replied yet but from what I can make out I think rather than an upgrade a brand new contact has been taken out, so we'd need to fill a form out to get the number transferred over to the new account and the customers old account cancelled so that the customer isn't left paying for 2 numbers yahoo
