Bad network signal

I’ve recently moved to a ground floor flat and never have any signal to send or receive texts or to make or receive calls. My sister lives in the same block on the first floor and when I go there my signal is fine. Missing a lot of important calls so really need signal.

Re: Bad network signal

@GabbyD Where you move to is your choice. No network would take responsibility for that. You might want to think about getting a phone capable of WiFi calling.

@GabbyD

Try switching the phone to 2g when indoors as this can sometimes help.
