Aup people.

i recently upgraded my contract phone and the new one has 5g (Samsung S21) whereas my old phone only went to 4g (OnePlus 6T).

i want to keep my number and have a PAC code ready however on o2s website I can't find anything about moving my number along unless i fill a form in which requires me knowing my new phones mobile number... which i cant find anywhere lol

Any support at all would be appreciated, i cant seem to get into a live chat soo this is the next best thing i can think of

i also have no idea what to do with the PAC code itself lol

You just need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
