I purchased SIM only (pay monthly) online on 30th October by giving PAC code in order to keep the same number. However, SIM still has not arrived yet, and MyO2 App still shows only the new number that I do not want to use. Please help.

Just use your old sim for now. If you want a 5G sim you can get one from an O2 shop or by calling O2 on any number in this guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Then do a sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
