Cancel the sim

Hello I'm Harpreet Kour I'm already cancelled the service.. Barrier the service last month but still bill is coming but I don't use the service but still bill is come... I don't know how please slove my Problem...

Hi @Hk2 

After you cancel Guide: Cancelling Your Contract you will get a final bill. Only when your balance is zero will you no longer owe O2 anything. However, if you are still concerned then you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
