Solved: Keep phone number when upgrading

Do I automatically keep my number when upgrading my phone with O2 as an existing customer ? Am awaiting a delivery of new model. Thank you

Yes you do.

You can just put your existing sim in your new phone, or do a sim swap if the new phone is 5g and you are in a 5g area Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
