Hi,
Excuse the newbie question, but i've Just been charged £1 for data even after changing tariff to text & web, I asked online help when the tariff would be applicable from & was told midnight, I connected this morning & the £1 was taken. I hope you can help

You need to speak to customer service and try to get the charges back if you were told the tariff would be active at midnight. You might also want to try the chat option instead as they should be able to sort out a non-complex issue such as this.
