Just Joined and wish to keep Number

Can some one help.  I have just left EE and joined O2.  I wish to keep my old number so filled out the form online with PAC code etc. on Thursday and have heard nothing from O2 regarding the number change.  Is this normal and do I just have to wait.

 

If someone could let me know I would be grateful.

All sorted now but never had any email or text to confirm. I am quite disappointed with O2 on this and I would have liked an explanation as i feel nothing would have happened if I had not talked to a representative online and on FB. So all working now so i should be happy 🤐

@GarethF Ports don't get done on the weekend, so give it until Monday. If your number still hasn't ported you may have to go through the process again.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It should, but as no text was received it means it failed so needs chasing up.

I will leave until monday and if I hear nothing I will contact O2, hopefully I will not have a bad experience (not hopefull)
