That's great. If you paid a deposit and not the cost for any device that sounds as if it processed. You will need to speak to O2 on 202 if on the O2 network if not please contact 0344 809 0202 which is a standard rate call.
Have all your legal documents at hand if they ask you for any personal details. We can not access any sales or personal accounts within the O2 community.
