My tariff is for 16GB (for the last 2+ years), but it changed to 4 GB for no reason.
I can't use mobile data anymore because I reached 4 GB limit and it is causing a lot of problem for me.
I can't reach O2 for them to investigate what happened.
Anyone can Help?

Sounds like you had bonus data which has now ended (usually after 2 years when your contract has reached minimumterm) but the good news is that yuou can now upgrade to a sim only tariff for more data.
Check the upgrade path in your MyO2 to choose a sim only tariff.
