It's hard to pay my monthly online using applemac.
Paying my monthly bill online is a real pain because the 'Make payment' button / link is rarely visible. It's a problem on all of my browsers including Firefox and Safari. I need to refresh the page at least 3 times to make the link(s) appear.

That doesn't sound like a problem with the O2 site.
Wouldn't it be easier to use a direct debit?

It is a problem with site code. Both my home and office macs show the same issue. (New top end machines). But there's no problem on my Windows machines.

Have you tried alternate browsers ?
