I was called by O2 from 0333 344 6972. Didn’t ask me for any details he didn’t already seem to have. Wanted to make me aware I could upgrade, and to ask if anyone in my household is not on O2 and do I want to add them to my account. Conversely I asked him about merging an O2 account of a family member into my account so I could pay their bill and arranged for a call back in a couple of weeks. When I got off the phone I looked up the number and on some websites it says it could be a scam. I couldn’t see how but thought I’d post here to check.
