Sadly iPhones will sell, lots. This means there will be very little wiggle room for negotiations with all the companies. I used to work for a BIG high street retailer and when something came out that we knew was going to sell loads there was 0% discount as they knew they would sell out. You may get some discount on O2 items, like a accessories, insurance and other items.
I remember one bloke coming in and saying "i want that item, £100 off, free bag, case and headset" I said sorry we can't do that discount as the item is already on Boxing day offer of £199!! He said he would be back and one hour later he was, and we sold out.

Well I don't mind paying £200 up front as I can sell my Iphone 5, its just I don't want to be paying alot per month.

I'll be paying £619 for the 16gb iPhone 6 plus as I'll get around £260 for my iPhone 5s 16gb I'll have to add approx £350.
