Internet issues

ok so since the middle of April I've been having issues with my mobile data. My phone is tellin me I have 4g and that im connected to o2 but my mobile data isn't loading anything. I've changed my sim card as I thought that could be the problem but its still happening. I've tried the sim card in someone else's phone and its still not working.
Any help or suggestions would be great.

What phone do you have and have you changed tariff at all @natasha_hotchki

Samsung galaxy s10 and no. It was working one day and stopped the next

Yes and it says they are having issues but I have another 3 accounts and they are all working fine.

It may be an issue with that specific sim card, but before you ask for a replacement, take the sim out and gently clean it. Make sure you blow away any dust. It might be something as simple as that.
