I ordered iphone 15 pro and paid all upfront and chose to collect in store and as expected it wasnt there on the stated day and i had to fly out on holiday so never collected the phone. It was supposed to be returned after 10 days cancelled and refunded but its been more then 1 month numerous calls and chats with o2 and all i get is fake promises of 5 days and system issues but nothing back in my account . I will filing a case in small claims court for my money and also for the stress and wasted time plus the i interest on my money they are holding unlawfully

Just put a chargeback in with your bank, and you would have the money back near enough straight away...
Have you checked with the store to see if it is still there?

Thanks @madasaf1sh complaint already raised . Nothing on that either! Quite *bleep* at their arrogance of not giving s*** about customer and keeping my money for over a month. Still spoke to them today and telling me tht it will take somehwere between 7-14 days like wtf !

Just ring your bank in that case and explain to them product not recieved, and you have proof of you trying to get the refund and its been a month and they should deal with it for you.. The bank will ask for the evidence...
But beats waiting for o2 to get there act together..
