I ordered an Iphone 15 pro max, online process is easy however what I wouldn't expect to struggle with... would be the delivery of it. When it came to the delivery day, I received no PIN code and this was because O2 decided that my contact number was a number that I haven't used for more than 5 years meaning the code went there; I proceeded to contact customer service via my mobile o2 App, stayed on queue for 40 minutes and finally got to talk to someone. I explained my problem and according to the customer service agent, all was fine and I even bothered to confirm it too that I would receive the PIN code on my current mobile number. Well, well.. nothing was received today once again due to this PIN issue. What is the best approach for this? What can I do?
