Internet connection

Have just upgraded phone and on network now, all services have transferred to new phone, Samsung s5 but despite being logged onto wifi, I can't get any internet access on phone. Anyone any ideas? X

When on wifi are you on your own home hub connection or are you connected to btwifi with fon?

On the s5 go to settings, wifi to see your connection

No I'm on Virgin. I was at work last night and hadlogged in on the work wifi which I have never had an issue with. As soon as I left work and lost wifi, I could get on Internet. Now I'm home and picked up my home wifi, I can get on Internet fine. Didn't have issue with work wifi with old s3 phone, is there something I need to do, it usually just picked it up when I was in work and with no issue?
