On my contract I get 500MB of internet a month. In he early days of last month, I checked my bill and found that I had 25MB of internet with over 15 days on my bill left. I thought nothing of it and simply thought that I had used a lot of internet, bearing in mind that I never really get past 300MB of usage a month. Today, my pay monthly bill refreshed. But I just looked at my usuage and it says I have used over 300MB of internet!! I know for a fact that I have only been on Facebook twice today for a maximum of two minutes because I was at work. I'm trying to sort this mess out, but as per usual, all the live chat people are "busy". Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?
