Hi,

I'm currently a PAYG customer but I'm trying to pay an old monthly bill I'm currently in Argentina and I'm trying to contact the international customer services to pay the bill but can't seem to get through to them I just get a dial tone. I've dialed the number correctly removed the 0 and added the +44 any help would be appreciated. Thanks

All numbers on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but the free pay monthly number won’t work on PAYG without credit.
It might be easier to use live chat, also on the link.

Thanks everyone for the responses this ia the number I'm dialing +443448090202 I have credit on my phone. I've tried using the web chat and they weren't much use to be honest just directed me back to the international number

That is the correct number to call Mike.
I'm wondering if it's a local network issue?
Can you try from a landline at all?
