Inteermiitant loss of connectivity

Has anyone been having problems over the last week with loss of network in the West Mdlands? I lost ability to make calls or receive emails and texts every weekday ,mostly in the afternoons and a text  I usually get every Thursday night at around 2115pm, only came through on Friday Morning at 0830am -  11 hours later than normal?.

if it is caused by 4G upgrade disruption , why are we not told by O2?

The O2 network has had outages recently due to 2g and 3G upgrades.

Turn your phone off and on to reboot it and remove your sim to clean it.

Ring customer services on 202 for contract customers or 4445 payg to check your account is ok

Thanks for update.When is the mast  which serves Coventry and Walsall areas which is out of action  ,likey to be ok again?

No way to say but as they report it down rest assured will be as quick as can be

They are working on masts in the area and hopefully you will be back on the network as soon as possible.

From the status page but no idea if this has also been affecting you.
