Hi,
i lost my phone in August sometime and has only just realised I have insurance with my bank. Am I still able to go ahead with it even tho it’s been a few months. Also can I have another sim card sent out to me please.

You will need to speak to your bank, as there will be timescales built into their policy, some as little as notifying them within 24hrs.
You will need to call o2 on 0844 809 0202 from a landline to order a new sim card.
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options

You need to report the phone as lost so it can be barred. This will also trigger the system to send you a new SIM and cancel the old one to prevent anyone else from using it Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
