Incorrect missed payments

Hello,

id like to query 4 missed payments for September and October? My credit score has dropped on both September and October due to 4 missed payments to O2 during these months, however I’ve checked my account and these have gone out via direct debit on both months with no bounced payments. Please can you advise why this is, how it can be prevented next month and how I can go about reversing these marks on my credit score as I believe they are incorrect.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Prepare for a run around from O2 over this.

Meanwhile, you need to add a notice of correction to your credit file. This will force O2's hand with the credit reference agencies.
