Incorrect bill

I recently went to o2 shop for a number change and a cheaper deal and the lad in the shop helped me out and got everything sorted the next day o2 rang me they came forward with an even cheaper deal I stated that I was in the shop and already taken their offer he told me I was still inside the 14 day period which could be cancelled so I took the offer on the phone and was told the contract in the shop would be cancelled so that was ok I went ahead with that last week I looked my account now I have a bill of £ 650 according to them for an early cancellation of contract been trying ever since to get in touch with customer services which turns out to be impossible
