Applying unidays discount

How do I apply my unidays discount? I’ve ordered the phone and received it and the woman said she can’t apply it over the phone and I can do it when I receive the phone and sim.

Sorry to say but the o2 rep, is wrong in what she told you, as the Student discounts cant be applied retrospectively, as the code is only valid for a short amount of time, via the Unidays site,...

Also note some of the iPhones are excluded...
