I HAVE BEEN CHARGE £800 ON INTERNATIONAL CALLS AFTER REMOVING THE BOT ON AND TELLING ME I AM GOING TO BE ON A TRIAL SYSTEM!!!
Does anyone have a similar problem?

Charged £800 is bad enough at any time...but just before Christmas? God knows what this could do to someone's credit rating!!

No, no yet, they said I have been listened to, but they keep charging me £756.44, that is £1.50 aminture to call Spain, instead of the 2p they say in the website https://www.o2.co.uk/intertrial, they said I didnt click on a link, so talking to costumer service and a guru service is not valid.
The web page say as bellow but they keep telling me i wast on the trial
If you’re a Pay Monthly customer, and were using our International Favourites or International Extras services when they closed, you’ll have automatically been added to this trial. You’ll be able to see the International Calling Bolt On in My O2. We’ll be rolling this out to more customers in early 2018.
