On my bill it has 3 separate charges relating to amazon prime, 2 which ended on the 5th May (my billing date was the 6th) and another for the 5th June

@Ian333333 One of the charges you posted is zero, so how have you been charged three times? If the charges are from Amazon, shouldn't you be querying the charges with them?

Did you actually cancel the extras, or did you think they would cancel automatically.

But 2 of the charges apply for the same overlapping period up to 5th May. One being the free offer.

Happy for it to auto renew but the auto renewal should’ve started AFTER the free offer ended. Not overlapping with it.
