All I want to do is to make an order for a replacement SIM without having to go into a shop!
The log in to this website just sends you round in circles.
I can't make calls on using my damaged SIM - this is outside the network problems.

It seems impossible to order a replacement on the website - all that is listed are newer and better monthly offers. No looking after current customers!
