I have recently got a new phone, a Samsung Galaxy A10 and need to change my sim to a nanosim. How do I ge one, can you supply me one with the same phone number. also how do I transfer the details from my old sim to my new one?

If you call into any O2 store with photo ID they will change it free and swap your number

Or call O2 and they will send you a sim which you do the swap yourself

Firstly, examine your present SIM. There is a good chance it is of the multi push out variety. Hold it under the light and look for score marks

If you do need a replacement then going into an O2 store with photo ID is best as they will do everything for you
