Just tried to increase my tariff as O2 recommended the one I need, however when I try to make this change a message comes up
“Your tariff couldn’t be changed”
“There’s been a problem”
please come back later and try again or talk to us on live chat
Its the first time this has happened.
There are also errors codes coming up on the app, however it says O2 are working on this - is anyone else having these issues?

Seems to work here, apart from mentioning a deprecated system, BIS, @Twixey - perhaps it was a transitory glich at 4am, or you have already made a tariff change within the last month. Try again, or call O2, as the message tells you to - 202 at 08:10am is a good time to call.

Good news to report on this one @pgn
I've had it confirmed that the Blackberry detail will be removed from the tariff information and this change should be put in place next week.
