I have 2 iPads on my account!
But I have only received one - Nothing ever gets resolved!
I have called up and advised that I only have 1 ipad ! I am being charged for a 2nd Ipad that I have never received ! The tracking even says no Signature so I don't understand why this is so completed to sort out, I've been going around in circles for weeks with agents over and over this problem and it never gets resolved.
Its pretty simple really you need to be charging me for 1 Product! Not 2
Can anyone please help me out as its not being resolved and I am paying for a 2nd Ipad at a cost of over £70 month I do not have.
