I hate it too

I hate O2. I have spent about 2 hours trying to get help but keep being disconnected. Just been on phone for 32 minutes tonight then disconnected. Why is this happening, possible because I want to give notice that I will not renew my contract with them. I have been an 02 customer for years but when I changed my phone 2 years ago I ended up having something that did not do one of the main things I asked for and despite going to O2 many times em problem was never resolved. You are absolutely rubbish o2

This is a customer to customer forum. You're complaining in the wrong place. Trying to get through on a Friday afternoon is never going to be easy.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi,

So its not the Network Signal or Data Services that are "rubbish" ,but the phone you chose is !

I'm wondering why you didn't return it within the initial 7 days cooling off period.

Or simply sell the phone and use the funds to buy a handset that suited your needs more.

If you have spent the last two years using a phone you didn't like that would really be your own fault as you had the option to change it at any time.

I know it's a customer forum but a forum is a place to air views. I have co planned in the correct place and did to only try n Friday to get through, spending a total of more than 90 minutes waiting for a response is really poor service.

When I kept returning to the shop they kept telling me they had 'fixed' the problem. One the end I gave up after O2 told me about 8 or 9 times that I would be able to get the services I needed.

I didn't have the option to change it at any time. You really think I didn't try. I was told I would have to pay my full contract and then I could replace the phone. Was fobbed off beyond belief.

Thank you for updating your thread.

I'm sure once you get connected to 02 Customer Services {202} they will provide your PAC Code and you can move on.

Take care.

You could have sold the phone and replaced it using the cash with one that suited you better.

This might have been a better option than to use it for 2 years and then complain about the service you have received.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and ask...what problems are you experiencing? What phone do you have and what can't it do?
