I bought a new phone with compulsory £10 top up. O2 then took £10 and gave me a big bundle. Not helpful as I already have P&G favourite place and unlimited Broadband wi BT. Why can I not speak to an advisor? really P*****D off.

Please don't use live chat for account related queries,
I cannot understand why it was recommended in the first place

I agree this is all relevant. Live chat should only be used for the simplest of questions and even then you would be wise to check the answer on here or by calling customer service.

You could debate this forever but I agree with the comment about supporting UK jobs and recommending chat. OK trying to be helpful but UK jobs have long since gone overseas.

As far as live chat are concerned, I wouldn't trust them to butter my toast....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
